We believe in providing exceptional customer service and will always do our best to assist with any issue or concern you may have with a purchased item. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have up to 14 days upon receipt to return it for a refund minus shipping and handling.
To complete your request, please send an email to email@example.com to obtain a return authorization. If a product is damaged it may only be exchanged for the same product you originally purchased. Any returns sent without an Order# will automatically be denied.
Eyeshadows, eyeshadow palettes, and final sale (discounted) items are not refundable/exchangeable. Exceptions are made for damaged items. All of these items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Shipping fees will not be credited back unless the issue was on our end.
